Very challenging Half Marathon-- and it was fantastic! It was wonderfully staffed, with great course support and cheer squads!
The Kids Run was also wonderful.
It was fun for the whole family!

Today was the first time I ran any of the Mother of A Run events and it was fantastic. I ended up doing the half-marathon. The organization and support was extremely good and the course wonderfully scenic. - Michael R 5/1/2016

Come for the run, stay for the fun.
Lodi is home of Susie the Duck, who makes a home on our Spring Creek running through the heart of Lodi. Come visit this historic small town nestled in the countryside of rolling hills, beautiful pastures and ice age trails. We are home to some unique shops offering something for everyone and some lovely B & B's.
Lodi and the surrounding townships have much to offer the traveler whether you are driving through, spending a day, or staying a week. We are lucky to be on Lake Wisconsin, near the famous Merrimac Ferry and Devil's Lake. Our community is rural in nature, but rich in heritage.
What a fantastic community! Loved every second of the race and every inch of the (horribly steep) hills. Thank you for the wonderful race, the organization was superb and the support was the BEST!!! Hope I can run this again in the future.
Such an awesome event with unbelievable support from the community. There were people cheering with signs and costumes at every intersection. The whole town came out to participate or watch. Sam G. 5/2/2016
What are people saying about our
CHALLENGING, SCENIC & FUN EVENT?
... I know the name implies the race is a bit tough... but let's be honest... That course is a monster. Truly "one mother of a run." And it was also, for all the pain and suffering, very well organized and a lot of fun to race. ... I've finished 33 half marathons as of today and am originally from Tennessee, so I've run some pretty wicked courses. Frankly, you folks totally undersell that course.
I especially appreciated the folks on the course. So many half marathons out in the country are lonely experiences. The cheerleading every couple miles, especially on the hills, was a nice touch.
Thanks for the race. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
